Not until you open the product, and once open please keep refrigerated and consuming within three weeks.

Annie's Ginger Elixir does not contain any artificial sweeteners. The only added sugar used is organic honey.

Annie's Ginger Elixir is non-alcoholic. It is safe for kids to drink, and can be mixed with their favorite juice. Be sure to check the ingredients we use if your child has allergies.
