However, products that are undamaged, unopened, and untampered may be eligible for an exchange or refund based on the original payment method on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Support to relay your situation and confirm your eligibility. If your eligibility is confirmed, simply return your purchase with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the confirmation date to exchange it or receive a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

SECTION 7 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION TERMS 

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes, every month upon renewal until you cancel.

We may charge your plan’s rate each monthly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable tax rate changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information any time in your Annie’s Ginger Elixir Account page. 

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your Annie’s Ginger Elixir Account page, or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14-days of your initial order, you will be fully refunded upon our receiving your returned order if it has already been shipped. Please see the Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. If we are unable to replace or exchange the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
